1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 88fba platform and all its services. The definitions listed below carry the same meaning throughout this document.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 88fba website, mobile application, and other digital channels.
• "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Services" refers to slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket betting, and other gaming services.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional funds or benefits provided by 88fba.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit or withdrawal of funds on the platform.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

By accessing the platform or using any service, the member becomes legally bound by these terms. These terms supersede all previous oral or written agreements.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

88fba services are available only to persons aged 21 and above. Members may be required to go through an age verification process at registration. 88fba reserves the right to close any account where age cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any earned bonuses being cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

Members must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration. Members are responsible for updating their own information if it changes. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 Verification Process (KYC)

88fba may request verification of a member's identity, age, and payment method at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification. 88fba reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. If there is any suspicion of unauthorized access to the account, the 88fba support team must be notified immediately.

• Account details must not be shared with anyone.
• The account must not be operated through a third party.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
• The member is personally responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.
• It is recommended to change your password regularly.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88fba supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This may take longer if a verification process is ongoing.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• For bank transfers, the account holder name must match the bank account name.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — making the total balance ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers required before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• 88fba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If fraudulent use of a bonus is suspected, the account will be investigated.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Usage Rules

All games on 88fba are operated by third-party software providers. The individual rules of providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe also apply. Members must comply with the rules of both parties.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game session, the result of that round will be determined according to the server log. 88fba is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues.

6.3 Cricket Betting

For sports betting, results depend on the official outcome of the match. If a match is suspended or abandoned, the refund of wagers will be processed according to the applicable rules. Market-specific rules are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

6.4 Fair Play

88fba uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps game outcomes entirely impartial and verifiable. No member or employee can predetermine the outcome of any game.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88fba:

• Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play.
• Colluding with other members.
• Match manipulation or artificially influencing outcomes.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking, phishing, or other cyber crimes.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Harassing or defaming other members.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.1 Rights of 88fba

88fba reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account for any reason and without prior notice, particularly when a breach of these terms is suspected.

8.2 Refunds Upon Account Closure

If the investigation finds no evidence of a terms violation, the valid balance will be returned. If a terms violation is proven, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may close their own account through the support team if they wish. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before closure.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 88fba is not liable for the following:

• Interruption to a game session caused by internet disconnection.
• Errors in third-party software or servers.
• Temporary service disruption due to unscheduled maintenance.
• Issues with the member's own device or network.
• Loss resulting from the member's account credentials being compromised (where this occurs due to the member's own negligence).

88fba will never be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. For direct losses, liability is limited to the valid balance held in the member's account.

10 Responsible Gaming

88fba strongly believes in responsible gaming. Gambling should be for entertainment — never as a solution to financial problems.

10.1 Self-Control Tools

• Members can set deposit limits on their own account.
• A Self-Exclusion feature can be activated for a temporary break.
• A facility to review gaming history and spending records is available.

14 General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between 88fba and the member and supersede all prior understandings.

14.3 Waiver

If 88fba does not exercise any right under these terms at any time, this will not be considered a waiver of that right.
